I am currently working on a book project that I hope to finish in 2009. The impetus for writing this book stems from two main sources; personal experiences and, years of personal research regarding the alien abduction and contact phenomena. I have been having personal encounter experiences since age four. During the time I have been activly doing research I have had the opportunity to speak with dozens of other experiencers. I have become friends with quite a few of these people for many years now.
I wanted to write this book to share my own personal encounter experiences but, I also felt a strong need to show what I have discovered from years of research into the abduction and contact phenomena. My own research has yielded far different results than what many of the "well known" abduction researchers say they have found. I feel that a large amount of the currently accepted information on these subjects is wrong. I think the abduction research field is filled with information gathered from "fakers" and false sources along with a constantly used dubious means of gathering information.
Having had personal abduction & contact experiences I do freely admit that I am biased toward the validity that such encounters occur. Some of my research has necessitated that I look extensively into aspects of psychology, brain physiology, brain function, and how the brain stores and retrieves memories. With regards to those topics, I have tried to hold myself to a certain standard of research and how I present this research. Because of this, I occasionally confer with a university Professor of Psychology, a practicing PhD of Psychology and, a PhD Neuropsychologist. I hope the information shared in this book will help in some small way to bring a little more clarity to the understanding of the abduction and contact phenomena.
